Teaches unity and about Mother Nature.
How do you begin to find where you belong when you’re on your own?
Rhubarb is an orphan lamb who desperately wants a new mummy. His adventurous spirit leads him on a fantastic journey, guided by the moon. A whimsical tale for lovers of Peter Rabbit, Wind in the Willows and Winnie the Pooh.

“Bought this lovely book for my grandson to complete the series. These books have really ignited his interest in reading without being prompted. Thank you, Grace.”
“Lovely message for young readers (and old ones too!) about the power of mother nature. Plus, the illustrations are magical, reminds me of books when I was a kid.”
“A powerful message wrapped up in such a wonderful story! Such a clever way of teaching children how the whole world is connected and we are all one family.”

Inspiration for Rhubarb
I was helping out at a friend’s farm when a 6-month-old orphan lamb decided to attach to me. He always came to greet me and he was very vocal – bleating hello and bleating goodbye! By the end of the week, I knew I couldn’t leave him so I bought him and he came to live with me.
His strong attachment to me was the inspiration for his story. Rhubarb was desperately in need of a mother. It then occurred to me that his book needed to tell a deeper story.
I want to help children realise that regardless of race or religion, we are all one family with one mother – Mother Nature.
I hope that this tale will help readers to realise unity and oneness and that we should care about others and care about our planet…
